We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for the Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe and Surrounding areas.

Two Compensation Plans, we provide leads:

30% of the profit of jobs (after labor and materials/WE oversee and schedule job)
50% of the profit of jobs (after labor and materials/YOU oversee and schedule job)

We are a local exterior home improvement company growing at an impressive pace. Texas Home Exteriors is looking to hire ethical, experienced and professional Outside Sales Representatives for Windows, Roofing and Siding sales for Houston, Katy, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Clear Lake, Conroe, Huntsville, Lake Livingston and surrounding areas. 

We prefer Salespeople who have been in this Industry in the past, however if you have a strong Sales Job history, we will consider you and provide training. This is a 1099 self employment position and you are responsible for your own taxes as a 1099 job.

We sell and install products and brands that homeowners recognize and we pay great commissions!We will furnish leads but you can generate your own leads as well. Flexible days and hours, this is contract labor position with commissioned sales. We have leads coming in, we just need someone to work them.

Essential Functions:

The Outside Sales Representative will present and sell company services and products (replacement windows, roofing – GAF composition and metal options; siding – Hardie, LP SmartSide, vinyl, faux stone) to potential customers in Houston, Spring, Conroe and surrounding areas. Offer award-winning products to your leads that are provided by Texas Home Exteriors.

Our Sales consultants Will:​

Call provided leads to schedule appointment
Meet with the homeowners
Evaluate their needs
Recommend solutions
Measure the job
Provide the homeowner with pricing
Closing and or following up
Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Maintains a professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public
Maintains current product knowledge by participating sales programs requested by the company, researching and getting to know the products
Runs leads we provide and any self-generated new leads or referrals
Follow-up with potential customers
Attend company meetings
Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and telemarketing events
Assists with other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

1+ years sales experience in construction industry
Significant local travel to potential customers; valid driver’s license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor Able to relate to different personality styles
Work successfully without close supervision Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations
​Computer, email and text proficient Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings and weekends Qualification

Preferred Experience:

Tuesday, February 17th, after a long Valentine’s Day weekend spent with my love Shelly (wife), friends and family, we were both were recovering from a very busy Monday (Feb 16).

Here is why – my oldest son Jonathan Kapitan and his wife Britt were having a baby boy (about a week early) while my youngest son Justin Kapitan was getting married to his long time love Jessica.

Needless to say it was a Monday to remember. I thought it would be fun to some personal photos as I want to share this joy of this experience with the entire world.

While reflecting on the goings-ons of Monday,  I could hear my wife Shelly from the other office cheering with some of our friends as they are reading an email that they just received from Angie’s List that read,”Texas Home Exteriors, You are now in Accepted status for the Super Service Award.” I know that this was due to the fact that that we have great reviews on their site.
