How Does “Texas Kickback” Work?

At completion of your home improvement installation project by Texas Home Exteriors, you will be will be provided with one of our Texas Kickback referral marketing forms or just fill out the one below! This provides you with the opportunity to fill in the name, phone number, address and relationship of referrals of people you personally know that own a home and may need our siding, roofing or replacement window services. This referral sheet will include your name so we can track who was the referrer for that project. Then at completion of their project, you will be sent payment for 5%! This is a great way to make money for your home improvement referral.

How is the 5% Payment Determined?

For each referral that comes from your recommendation, we will contact them and talk with them about their needs and if they are interested, set an appointment with them. We will provide them with a free estimate for siding, roofing and/or window replacement services they are needing. Should your referral decide to sign the contract for agreed services with us, this will entitle you for payment of 5% of the total contract sale price. For instance, let’s say we were hired by your sister to completed a siding job totaling $15,000 that you recommended to us. You would receive payment from us in the amount of $750 which is 5% of the total job.

A Few Texas Kickback Examples:

A roofing job totaling $18,950 X a 5% (kickback) = $947.50
A replacement window job totaling $8,900 X a 5% (kickback) = $445
A siding job totaling 16,000 X a 5% (kickback) = $800 all in your pocket as our way of saying “thank you for your referral to Texas Home Exteriors”.

When Do I Receive My Texas KickBack Referral Payment?

Your Texas KickBack referral fee commission (money) will be mailed directly to your home once the referred home improvement project is completely finished and we have received payment cleared in full.

You will receive a business check directly from Texas Home Exteriors, Inc. written to you personally as our thank you.
